My initial experience with this firm was very different than the final outcome. At first, I wonder when would I ever hear from them, again. It took them several months for any feedback, however, when I had my first interactions with Victor Hoang (paralegal) things suddenly change for the better. I know I became a thorn in their sides, but I need updated information and no one provided me with any via the phone. So, naturally, I started with emails...Ross responded to a couple (I still didn't get access to that app), but Victor deserved all the praise, here. He was professional and kept me updated in the last few weeks of a settlement. Not only was he emailing me, but texting me, too. He actually went to bat for me when he asked me what was my bottom number, and then his work began. When no one else wanted to take my case Mr. Moore did. He made sure I had my surgery that was needed. He worked my case for 3 years . I had Multiple surgeries and doctors appointment. After my surgeries he called to check on me to make sure I was ok . His main goal was to make sure I could get back to as close to 100% before my accident as possible.His main goal from day one, was to make sure I get better and I was happy with my settlement.
