I got in a major Accident in nashville TN and I was not at fault. The first 2 months of going back and forth with the insurance company was a nightmare. I honestly had thought if I cooperated with them they would do me justice but boy was I wrong. After doing much research I came across Roos Moore law firm. The wait was long it felt like to pay out the claim but the important factor is they took care of me and that I will never forget. Thank you.

When no one else wanted to take my case Mr. Moore did. He made sure I had my surgery that was needed. He worked my case for 3 years . I had Multiple surgeries and doctors appointment. After my surgeries he called to check on me to make sure I was ok . His main goal was to make sure I could get back to as close to 100% before my accident as possible.His main goal from day one, was to make sure I get better and I was happy with my settlement. I had a long road ahead to recovery. But with the help of Mr. Moore #1, Robin, Nick, Victor each one of them played apart in my recovery. He was always a call or email way. The office staff always made sure my needs was meet. If you want a lawyer that is for your well being and not about the money Mr Moore is as good as you get. Those lawyers on the radio are talking about nothing. I received nothing but care, support and and respect from Ross Moore Law. I thank the law firm for everything. I will recommend them every time.

First foremost I would like to say the Ross More Law Firm has no equal when it comes to customer service and the actual lawyer being there for you. From Mr Moore all the way down to his paralegals and other staff members best services are unmatched. There are a lot of lawyers on TV acting as if they'll give this type of service but you won't find Ross on TV you'll find it in his actions and his staff actions that they are the real deal they only asked for your patience to do their job and boy do they do their job immaculately well. I give this firm in their services five stars all day and I will say you'll never feel just like another number.

Only issue I had was the communication at times was off but overall all the staff I talked to were nice and very helpful with giving updates and details about my case. Would definitely work with them again for any other incidents

Ross Moore fought for us to get to a reasonable resolution. Having him as our attorney for our injury case has been a great experience. The truck company that hit us did not want to pay or show any accountability- but Ross Moore and his team never backed down. I would definitely use his services again! Lastly, Ross let us know we could call him at anytime which was a much different experience compared to the large firms that my husband and I have dealt with in the past. I recommend Ross Moore 100%.

Ross and his team did a great job on my case. After the horrible insurance company gave us a bad offer, Ross wasted no time and file a lawsuit without hesitation. (I was not in good hands with Allstate!) We fought hard together, and eventually, we were able to settle the case for over three-times the original offer. Oh, and Ross’s office even handled my diminished value claim. I’ll definitely recommend them going forward!
