My initial experience with this firm was very different than the final outcome. At first, I wonder when would I ever hear from them, again. very nice people in the office .

I was pleased with Ross during my mediation. My auto insurance company was trying some unethical moves and untrue statements. Ross was on top of it all, called it out immediately and had full control. I felt well-represented.

Only issue I had was the communication at times was off but overall all the staff I talked to were nice and very helpful with giving updates and details about my case. Would definitely work with them again for any other incidents
