Had a very bad accident. At the fault of a horrible Georgia driver. Ross Moore's team handled everything throughout the whole process. From sending me to the right doctors getting me therapy and being open and transparent. Accident at the end of August. Started everything right after labor day. Hace settled now. And wow nothing can come State for the amount of pain that I'm dealing with still , I'm very pleased with the outcome as it is as best as it could be. Keep in mind that did all situations are different as far as the timeline. But don't hesitate to reach out to them for updates . But if you don't receive an update during the settlement they're just handling what needs to be done. I appreciate the team there.

I was pleased with Ross during my mediation. My auto insurance company was trying some unethical moves and untrue statements. Ross was on top of it all, called it out immediately and had full control. I felt well-represented.

(I was not in good hands with Allstate!) We fought hard together, and eventually, we were able to settle the case for over three-times the original offer. My initial experience with this firm was very different than the final outcome. At first, I wonder when would I ever hear from them, again. It took them several months for any feedback, however, when I had my first interactions with Victor Hoang (paralegal) things suddenly change for the better. I know I became a thorn in their sides, but I need updated information and no one provided me with any via the phone. So, naturally, I started with emails...Ross responded to a couple (I still didn't get access to that app), but Victor deserved all the praise, here. He was professional and kept me updated in the last few weeks of a settlement. Not only was he emailing me, but texting me, too. He actually went to bat for me when he asked me what was my bottom number, and then his work began.
