First foremost I would like to say the Ross More Law Firm has no equal when it comes to customer service and the actual lawyer being there for you. From Mr Moore all the way down to his paralegals and other staff members best services are unmatched. There are a lot of lawyers on TV acting as if they'll give this type of service but you won't find Ross on TV you'll find it in his actions and his staff actions that they are the real deal they only asked for your patience to do their job and boy do they do their job immaculately well. I give this firm in their services five stars all day and I will say you'll never feel just like another number.

My initial experience with this firm was very different than the final outcome. At first, I wonder when would I ever hear from them, again. It took them several months for any feedback, however, when I had my first interactions with Victor Hoang (paralegal) things suddenly change for the better. I know I became a thorn in their sides, but I need updated information and no one provided me with any via the phone. So, naturally, I started with emails...Ross responded to a couple (I still didn't get access to that app), but Victor deserved all the praise, here. He was professional and kept me updated in the last few weeks of a settlement. Not only was he emailing me, but texting me, too. He actually went to bat for me when he asked me what was my bottom number, and then his work began. Needless to say, I was satisfied with the outcome, in many thanks to this firm and of course, Victor. A true asset and a professional to this TEAM!! I owe you lunch, Victor....Thanks again!!!

I was very pleased with Ross Moore, we had to fight with the insurance company to get a fair deal on my injury case. We won our first case but they appealed and we were going to take it higher but they finally gave us an agreeable offer. He was a great asset to have on my team when I really needed him.

After having a major accident in Atlanta, may, 2019I was shaken up pretty good. A large dump truck literally ran over me. I didn't think I was hurt bad too bad, because there were no broken bones and I could walk. I was extremely lucky to be alive. I was more concerned about my car. It had been totaled so my focus was on getting another car.
A few days went by and I was sitting at my desk at Home Depot. Ross walked up and said he needed a door at his house. We chatted and he noticed how stiff I was an unable to move my right arm freely. He asked what was wrong and I told him. He said OMG, I hope you have an attorney! I said NO, I did'nt know what to do. I told him my harrowing story and he said Art I would like to represent you. You not only need some compensation, but you need medical care for you beat up body. I said, Yea I feel like I have been hit by a DUMP TRUCK...He said Art, you have!
Long story short, Ross was wonderful and took care of everything for me. He dealt exclusively with the trucks insurance company. He arranged for me to see a great Orthopedic group. Little did I know that wreck had caused major damage to both of my shoulders and neck that showed up days after the wreck.
I saw the orthopedic doctors for four months. They arranged for me to have physical therapy for that entire time also. They helped me more than I can say. I did not pay one penny out of my pocket the entire time.
Ross More took total care of me and won a very large settlement. I will forever be grateful for Ross More and I give him 5 plus stars. Thank you, Mr Moore!
