My initial experience with this firm was very different than the final outcome. At first, I wonder when would I ever hear from them, again. It took them several months for any feedback, however, when I had my first interactions with Victor Hoang (paralegal) things suddenly change for the better. I know I became a thorn in their sides, but I need updated information and no one provided me with any via the phone. So, naturally, I started with emails...Ross responded to a couple (I still didn't get access to that app), but Victor deserved all the praise, here. He was professional and kept me updated in the last few weeks of a settlement. Not only was he emailing me, but texting me, too.
