My initial experience with this firm was very different than the final outcome. At first, I wonder when would I ever hear from them, again. It took them several months for any feedback, however, when I had my first interactions with Victor Hoang (paralegal) things suddenly change for the better. I know I became a thorn in their sides, but I need updated information and no one provided me with any via the phone. So, naturally, I started with emails...Ross responded to a couple (I still didn't get access to that app), but Victor deserved all the praise, here. He was professional and kept me updated in the last few weeks of a settlement. Not only was he emailing me, but texting me, too. He actually went to bat for me when he asked me what was my bottom number, and then his work began. Needless to say, I was satisfied with the outcome, in many thanks to this firm and of course, Victor. A true asset and a professional to this TEAM!! I owe you lunch, Victor....Thanks again!!!
