I tried for over a year to get the insurance company to pay my medical bills after I was in an accident. I finally sought help from an attorney and found Ross and he took care of everything. He was great to work with, was very caring and offered the best advice for my situation. Before speaking with him I was confused about the whole process and what was supposed to happen, Ross went over each step of the process with me and made sure all of my questions were answered and I understood before I left. I left his office much more confident than I was when I walked in. He was wonderful to work with and I will not hesitate to call him in the future if needed.

Overall I give Ross’ firm 5 stars. My case was postponed due to Covid, but I really appreciate Chelsea for all her hard work and dedication to my case. My case was definitely complicated but she had amazing communication and put forth great effort to get my case resolved in a timely manner. My only concern was the attorney fees. I don’t recall it being so high but because they did such a great job I didn’t question it. I am obsessed with their new office!!! It is definitely a great look. I definitely recommend to everyone needing a great lawyer. If I am ever in need of an attorney again I will definitely use Ross Moore! Thanks again team and keep up the amazing work!
