When no one else wanted to take my case Mr. Moore did. He made sure I had my surgery that was needed. He worked my case for 3 years . I had Multiple surgeries and doctors appointment. After my surgeries he called to check on me to make sure I was ok . His main goal was to make sure I could get back to as close to 100% before my accident as possible.His main goal from day one, was to make sure I get better and I was happy with my settlement. I have to say how thrilled I am that Ross was my attorney for my accident case. He and his staff were so amazing. Communication was easy. I was able to contact his case managers by phone, text or email and receive a response almost immediately. Communication with them was great. They listened and made sure they understood my concerns and if I need to speak with Ross an appointment would be set up at my earliest convenience. Ross would take the time to explain everything step by step. He was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. He never made me feel like he was in it for the money. Ross and his team did a great job on my case. After the horrible insurance company gave us a bad offer, Ross wasted no time and file a lawsuit without hesitation. (I was not in good hands with Allstate!) We fought hard together, and eventually, we were able to settle the case for over three-times the original offer. Oh, and Ross’s office even handled my diminished value claim. I’ll definitely recommend them going forward!
