Best experience ever ..

Had a very bad accident. At the fault of a horrible Georgia driver. Ross Moore's team handled everything throughout the whole process. From sending me to the right doctors getting me therapy and being open and transparent. Accident at the end of August. Started everything right after labor day. Hace settled now. And wow nothing can come State for the amount of pain that I'm dealing with still , I'm very pleased with the outcome as it is as best as it could be. Keep in mind that did all situations are different as far as the timeline. But don't hesitate to reach out to them for updates . But if you don't receive an update during the settlement they're just handling what needs to be done. I appreciate the team there.

I have to say how thrilled I am that Ross was my attorney for my accident case. He and his staff were so amazing. Communication was easy. I was able to contact his case managers by phone, text or email and receive a response almost immediately. Communication with them was great. They listened and made sure they understood my concerns and if I need to speak with Ross an appointment would be set up at my earliest convenience. Ross would take the time to explain everything step by step. He was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. He never made me feel like he was in it for the money. Overall I give Ross’ firm 5 stars. My case was postponed due to Covid, but I really appreciate Chelsea for all her hard work and dedication to my case. My case was definitely complicated but she had amazing communication and put forth great effort to get my case resolved in a timely manner. My only concern was the attorney fees. I don’t recall it being so high but because they did such a great job I didn’t question it. I am obsessed with their new office!!! It is definitely a great look.
